We designed Villa Giovanni to feel like a home, not a hotel. The ground floor opens up into one big living space — kitchen, dining, living room — that flows straight out to the terrace and pool. In the mornings, you make coffee and walk outside barefoot. That's the kind of place this is.
Upstairs, the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and views that go on forever. The whole property is fenced, so the kids can run free while you actually relax for once.

We're the kind of people who believe the best holiday meals happen at home. The kitchen is fully loaded — dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, everything — because we actually want you to use it.
Buy fresh fish at the morning market in Zadar, grill it on the outdoor BBQ, and eat on the terrace while the sun goes down. The dining table seats everyone comfortably, and the open layout means whoever's cooking is never stuck alone in a corner.
