Built in 2025, Villa Giovanni has 250 m² of living space on a fenced 1,134 m² property. Bright rooms and direct access to the outdoors make it easy to spend time together while keeping space for yourself.
The kitchen, dining and living areas open onto the terrace, pool and summer kitchen with a barbecue. There is one bedroom on the ground floor and three upstairs; two upstairs suites have private bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully loaded — dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, everything. Buy fresh fish at the Zadar morning market, grill it on the outdoor BBQ, and eat on the terrace while the sun goes down.
The dining table seats everyone comfortably, and the open layout means whoever's cooking is never stuck alone in a corner. That was important to us.
